Spotify plays wrong song

There are a few songs in my playlists that once played are not the correct songs. The title is correct and the image art is correct but the actual music is not. They are songs that I have never heard of, these songs that come out of the speakers are not in any of my playlists.

I have tried to search for the song directly but even then I am having the same issue.

These songs work on my iPhone and in the web player but do not work on my desktop computer.

I have also tried to clean install but this issue persists. I also tried to delete Spotify from my AppData folder which again did not work.

I have just checked my phone and it seems that is playing the wrong song too..?
