Spotify randomly starts playing

Every day Spotify just rqndomly starts playing on my Mac. It always plays from the exact same playlist, wake up, which is a playlist by Spotify. I’ve already tried to change the password and sign out on all devices, because I thought I might have been hacked or something, but it didn’t help. Has anybody else had this issue?

Sounds odd. Do you have the feeling that someone is controlling your app from a distance? If you do, you could always try to follow the steps here.

If you think there's a bug in the app, you could try to reinstall the app using these instructions.
