Spotify randomly subscribing to spam playlists

Hundreds of random playlists, all with two-word randomly generated names (by randomly generated users too, from the looks of it) have been appearing in my playlist subscriptions/follows without me subscribing to any of them. I have changed my password and ‘logged out of everywhere’. It is still happening. My account will also randomly switch devices to Spotify Web Player and change the song to something random when I’m trying to listen on my iPhone or my laptop. Very frustrating as a premium user that I basically can’t use my account. Feels like it has been hacked but I have taken multiple precautions against that and it’s still all happening.
