Spotify says the song is unavailable. Using Windows 10

Everytime I try to listen to a song it doesnt play AT ALL!!! A blue message line comes up and says "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." I don't have any music files on my computer, thats why I have Spotify Premium. Can someone please let me know how to fix this issue. I am running Windows 10 x64 bit and yes I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Spotify. It didn't help.

I'm experiencing this issue as well. When I Google the issue, it appears a lot of others are experiencing the same thing. I recall this happening to me once before but I do not remember what I did to resolve it. I am irritated because I'm not happy with paying for this if it doesn't work like it's suppose to. A lot of people have reached out to Spotify, but Spotify staff will not reply. 

WE NEED A RESOLUTION!!!

I resolved the issue. Apparently there was an update I needed with my computer to enable Spotify to work.
