I feel that the survey I was sent should be more than 2 questions. The survey doesn't give your employees justice on how hard they work to help solve subscribers problems. My problem wasn't solved but whoever it was who tried to help me tried very hard to help me is worth more than a 2 question survey,it doesn't really rate how hard he/she worked.
