Spotify unable to authorize when connecting it to Sonos

Spotify unable to authorize when connecting it to Sonos

My Sonos device told me that I suddenly needed to re-authorize it with Spotify. Had worked as a charm for 5 months before.

When I came to the step where I should press Allow (after having logged in with my Spotifyuser) I got an 'Unknown Error' message saying 'Ops, something went wrong. Please try again later'

 

I've tried for three days now, also with different browsers.

 

Today I finally triedwith another friends Spotify-account instead, and it worked!

 

So, the problem is something with my account.

But it is a Premium account, and has worked perfectly for 5 months (running Sonos, much longer as a Premium user without Sonos)

 

Can someone check what is wrong with the account?

The error must be on the Spotiify-side of this.

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can check this out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
