Spotify web not loading the full playlist and duplicating the song when you add to the list

My Question or Issue

I'm using Spotify web and the playlists are not loading entirely. It has been happening since a week ago. It worked well before. The list loads until a song and then the wait icon keeps going forever.

And when you add a song to a list from anywhere (except from the Add button in the recommended songs below the list) the song is duplicating on the list.
