My Question or Issue
I have been unable to access the Spotify web player for a few days now -- it's saying there's an error and to reload, but pushing the reload button just keeps it at the same screen (see screenshot). It worked just fine before.
I'm unable to download the app to this computer due to work restrictions.
I've cleared the browser cookies/cache, restarted my computer, tried an incognito window, nothing works. I tried opening web player on Firefox, and I get an error that the web player is not supported by that browser.

This issue might be caused by network restrictions since you mention it happens at work. Is the web player working fine for you when you try another network?
