Spotify webplayer throttling?

Hey,

Since a couple of days spotify randomly stops for 1 second then continues and this like 2 times/song. Ive contacted my ISP already but they said there is nothing wrong with my line. I also got perfect internet speeds and no packet loss. Also tested this on my other computer same problem. Any idea how i can fix this issue?
