Spotify won't sync or properly play certain album

it usually skips at the beginning of every song, then it plays just enough for me to enjoy it before freezing completely. I tried syncing to listen offline but it doesn't work and the yellow download symbol is replaced with an exclamation mark :-S

 

please help!

Sometimes tracks are incorrect or flawed. The best way to see this corrected is to use the report track feature.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


The exclamation mark normally means the track hasn't been synced offline correctly or the file is corrupt.

A few suggestions:
- Make sure you have at least 1GB of free storage space on your device.
- Try re-installing the app and then resyncing the content:
