Squeezebox radio not connecting to Spotify App

Squeezebox radio not connecting to Spotify App

Hi

 

I have a suscription based spoitfy account and have installed spotify app at mysqueezebox.com

have followed instructions to connecting the radio  ( App Gallery > Music-on-Demand > select app) but Spotify does not display on this menu.

 

Has anyone a solution to this?

Hey there! Have you checked to make sure that both are on the same network? 

 

Also, give Logitech's support/faq area a shot and see if this works - http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/speakers-audio. If it doesn't I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form


Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
