My Question or issue.

 I am a starbucks employee and have been using the premium spotify account, but after resetting my phone it wont let me sign back onto the premium account. I have tried resetting my password, and nothing on the website is directing me on how to fix this issue

Here's a page for you that will help you to login to your account. Make sure you are trying to access the correct account. It's very easy to create an account with us so perhaps you have a second account. Here you can find info on how to find any additional accounts you might have.

This is not the problem I'm having. I'm able to get into my account just
fine, but I should have premium through Starbucks and it is not letting me
have premium.

Perhaps you are logging into the wrong account. You can find any additional accounts you might have here.

 

If you are sure that you are logging into the right account but it simply is not Premium (when it should be). Get in touch with Starbucks. Here's how:

 

  • Visiting the Starbucks Partner Hub or Retail Portal (search: Spotify).
  • Calling the PCC center at 1866-504-7368.
