Hi there and welcome to the community!

You should be able to click the button right next to "local files" on the menu.

HOpe that helps!

Thanks for the quik answer.
But I don't know which button you mean.

Sorry

What device and operating system are you using? The music files themselves are still on your desktop PC so restarting the desktop client should make them reappear under the "local files" section.

That would be nice
But they don't reppear ๐Ÿ˜ž
My system is Windows 8.1

Hey @Jcop12

Have you deleted the local files from the Spotify library or from the computer itself?

In the preferences menu could you untick local files and then retick them? This should re-add any local files on the computer. Should this fail have you tried a reinstall?

I deleted them from the spotify library

all other local files are re-add but not the songs i mean ๐Ÿ˜•

and yes i also tried a reinstall but it doesn't work

If you can find them in Windows Explorer, dragging and dropping them onto the Spotify window should also import them.

I have still no idea to solve this problem ๐Ÿ˜ž

Check your music folder and then drag everything from there into the app. Should be pretty simple.
