TRACKS SKIPPING FIRST FEW NOTES

I have a Samsung e8000 series smart TV thorugh which I stream a number of servcies, including Spotify (the TV came with the app).  I have notcied that the first track of most of my playlists (which are usually just the albums themselves, nothing custom I built) skip the first few notes and then randomly skip the first few notes on the rest of the tracks

My connection is 50mps, I stream Netflix. Amazon and other sources of video and audio and never have a rpoblem with those. 

This doesn't happen with my desktop Spotify app but it does woth the Samsung device.

any ideas?
