TV App - Playlist Problems

Has ANYONE solved the Playlist not syncing properly problem.  I have a Samsung TV - and I came here because of this problem - I did a reinstall of the app, and now my Playlists disappeared completely.  

Looking at all the posts on here, it appears that people are having this problem on Samsungs, LGs, Rokus, ETC....but I haven't seen any solutions posted. All I saw was some crypitic messages about an 11th position, which never went into any detail, and didn't make any sense.

Can someone please help -- this is how I listen to my Spotify account, and I'd prefer to not shift over to Pandora if I can help it!!

Apparently NowTV is also having issues with playlists.  Can someone from Spotify please explain?

I alsof have thuis problemen. I am at premium member and I pay 14,99 each month. Ik want to use my spotify playlist in the tv app for my samsung smarttv. Please tell me what tot do.

How can I listen to spotify thru my TV if playlists are no longer availalbe on Roku?
