Teavana Partner Subscription Problems

I'm a Teavana partner (and by extension a Starbucks partner). The Spotify Premium offer has finally been extended to us recently around February 2017 but for some reason, occasionally the premium subscription offered by the company cancels itself and I have to do the whole process again. What's the deal with that and is there anything I can do to avoid that whole process repeatedly as I am already doing?
