My Question or Issue

 

My playlists are fully populated on all other devices.  On Roku, the playlists show the number of songs (e.g. 70 songs) but then I get the error message “The playlist is empty”

 

please help!

Hey @bradmurdoch! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.

If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing some playlists, I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.

Thanks but unfortunately neither of these suggestions worked. I only have one account and none of the playlists were accidentally deleted – they all exist and I can see them on all of my other devices, just not on Roku. ☹

Is your Roku running the latest firmware version? This could cause this issue.
