The whole Discover section in Browse disappeared across all devices

Hi,

 

I've been using US Spotify account for about 4-5 months, but since I'm currently living in Japan, I decided to change my payment method to my local credit card. 

 

Since then the whole Discover section in Browse just disappeared. I only have access to Discover weekly playlist, but other than that Spotify doesn't provide me any personalized recommendations at all now. I tried checking my desktop client and got the same issue. 

 

Is there any way to fix that? I feel like when I changed the payment method, I got transferred to a new country with a new account being created. I wonder if it's possible to do that while keeping my old listening data. 

I really want to check out my this year's top songs playlist, but now it seems to be gone forever, which is a bummer.
