Tracks constantly stutter, stop and jump to another track

Hello,

When I use Spotify on my Sonos system the tracks constantly stutter, stop and jump to another track.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and my Sonos system plays great and with no problems

when it plays from my network attached harddisk.

Can I do something to avoid the problems with Spotify or is it Spotify having problems with their servers

or other devices?

Just going to pop this over in the "Other" section since its not a Spotify desktop client issue. 

 

Just having a look around, I'm not aware of any ongoing issues with Sonos or Spotify at current. Are you able to try restarting your unit and/or removing and re-adding the Spotify application and see if that makes any difference?

Thank you.

Now I have uninstalled Spotify from my PC and removed Spotify from Sonos.

Then I have restarted my PC and added Spotify to Sonos.

For the time being this seems to have solved the problems.
