Transfer a Playlist to a Friends Profile

Hello community,

I have a Spotify playlist (not private) with 1.000 followers, but don't want to keep it anymore and want to give it to a friend, so he can continue the playlist with his profile. I won't have access to the playlist anymore and only the friend can add/remove songs now. Does anyone know how the process is working here, i.e. how to transfer the playlist to someone? I couldn't find anything about it anywhere.
