Unable to open the Spotify app on PlayStation, not sure why

My Question or Issue

Im unable to open my Spotify app on my PlayStation, it shows a never completed download bar but when i attempt to open it it says start application, instead of starting it it says, unable to find application go to ps store? When i go there it gives me the same results, i cant delete it since it isnt *Installed* But it wont install regardless of how long i leave it! How do i fix this?? I miss my

Sorry for the delayed response, we've just come across this thread.

Could you try to unlink your Spotify account and then link it again in your PS4 through PlayStation Music and check if the issue was solved. You can head over to this article for more info on how to do that.

If that doesn't help, try disconnecting your external drive and installing Spotify directly on the PS memory.
