because I live in Germany I do not have access to the Spotify palm App for my palm Pre (WebOs 1.4.5)

Could someone please provide da download link where I could download the adequate binary...

I would delpoy it by myself on the Palm.

You can download and install 'Preware', then install 'Apptuckerbox' which will allow you to download any application in the Global App catalog that is either free or that you have purchased. If you don't know how to perform either, you can check out the webOSnation forums.
