Hey guys,
Recently, I was one of the victim for Spotify Connect's Hijacked case where some unidentified users are using my Spotify without my knowing. Apparently, the user plays some random music throughout the entire day.
I've tried logging out everywhere from the Spotify Account Page and remove all devices but still, no luck. I linked my Spotify to Facebook, too.
Anyone have any solution for this matter?
Thanks. 🙂
The best solution is for you to create a new account with a different email address from the one you use (tip: don't use the one you use for facebook). That will give you a new Spotify username of your choice.
Once you have this new account, contact customer support and they'll help you migrate your Premium privileges, library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.
So far I'm trying it now as when I tried logging in to my Spotify, I couldn't do so. Error code 3 shows up.
Make sure you're using your Username not your Email, for example:
Username < Correct
Username@email.com < Incorrect
I've tried logging in using my Facebook's email, username and via Facebook but still no luck. 😞
