Update Help and Community while detailing how things actually work.

This is a general critique of the awfulness of Spotify Help and Community online resources.

• Search results go back years and are typically irrelevant to a search query that always relates to a current version of Spotify.
• Very few questions have answers.
• There are no explanations of how Spotify actually works with regard to owned music versus Spotify licensed music, downloads, etc. For example, what happens when I tell spotify to download more songs than the 3333 limit? Are songs removed to make room for the new selections? If so, which songs? If not, how do I know my selection will not be downloaded? I could go on...
• Spotify now has a sufficient user base to justify detailed videos by operating system of how the interface works.

I sure hope you upgrade your act here so I am not tempted to try another streaming service.
