Upgraded Account - Lost my Playlists

iPhone 8+

iOS 10,

 

I have upgraded my account from Premium INDIVIDUAL to DUO for my son and me.

 

Since I've upgraded it, I lost my whole 5 playlists that took me a long time to create.

 

I can still find them as I search and still got their links, but they're no longer under my profile.

 

Please, How can I bring them back under my profile without creating them all over again?

In this case we recommend you to follow these steps to see if you have more than one account.

 

If you find another account you can do a transfer of your playlists from one account to the other by following the steps that's provided here.
