I am thinking about buying smartwatch which allow me to control spotify located on smartphone. Something like remote to tv.
Can you suggest any?

You can find all the devices that are currently compatible with our app in the Spotify Gear page (you can find the selection of smartwatches here). Using a compatible smartwatch will allow you to control Spotify in many different ways.
