Virgin Tivo - just stops when playing

Don't know if anyone else has this issue.  I'm using the Spotify app on my Virgin media Tivo.  When playing a list of tracks the app will just stop playing at the end of a track and not continue to the next.  I have to skip forward to start again but the same happens a few tracks later.

A real pain.

Anyone know of a  solution?

it appears this has been a problem ever since the spotify app was first available on virgin tivo about a year ago like the weather loads of people have complained about the problem but neither virgin nor spotify have fixed it. Probably blaming each other.
