Volume not working

The sound on my spotify is not working. I have tried Messing with the volume and I have logged in and out many times and still nothing. I went to youtube and Pandora to see if it was my computer but the sound was working perfectly for those. Please Help.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Few things to check:

- Untick "Enable Hardware Acceleration" in Edit > Preferences if you are on Windows. 

- Make sure the volume slider in Spotify (in the bottom left corner beside the play controls) is not turned down (slide all the way to the right)

- Click on the Speaker icon in the system tray and selected "Mixer" and make sure the volume level for Spotify is set correctly.
