Watch_dogs Competition

I recently won (luckily) a NVIDIA Tablet from the Spotify Watch_Dogs competition and then shortly after spotify notified me I had won I received a e-mail from Ubisoft automated reply letting me know  had indeed won and would be contacted shortly asking for further details so it could be sent to me. However that was on May 27th since then no reply has come from either Ubi or Spotify. I have tried calling Ubi support UK but was told to try contacting spotify and have now been redirected to here. So hopefully I can get a reply from someone soon. A screenshot has been attached with proof of the e-mail but if an Admin or someone from support can contact me and can happily provide further proof if needed.
