I can't use the web player. Everytime I try to play a song, it skips to another song then goes the shown screen. I've clicked the link and tried to download the updates or whatever but it still doesnt work. Please help!

Have you tried to use a different browser to see if that happens there too?
And have you tried to delete your browser cache/cookies to see if that helps?

Same problem here.
Clearing cache (up to first use) does not resolve the problem.

Keep in mind that Spotify need unrestricted internet access. So if you are in a work-environment and it's still not working, we recommend getting in touch with the system administrator.
