Web Player Stuttering No Matter What I Do...

Whenever I use the web player, it stutters and skips often. Pretty sure it's your service, because I even opened the console and saw errors.

 

I also never use my desktop app because it straight up stops searching things after like 5 searches and sometimes doesn't even function at all. I've tried everything and I thought it would get better by actually paying for Spotfy, but it didn't do jack squat.

 

Things I've tried:

CCleaner, for clearing caches

Disabling Ad Blocker

Getting premium

Updating sound drivers

 

Things I have:

Windows 7

Chrome

 

I pay for premium, so I'm not happy. Someone help!

Hey @tewser, help's here.

 

We suggest that you do the following:

  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date.
  • Open the Web Player in an incognito window. 
  • Make sure Spotify is enabled in your firewall settings. 
  • Log out everywhere from your account page.
  • Try a different browser and see if the same thing happens. 
  • Reset your password.

If that doesn't help, get back with a screenshot, or even better a video of what's happening, and we'll take a closer look.
