Web Player not opening?

I keep trying to go to different links on Spotify Web Player, including:

• open.spotify.com/collection/playlists
• open.spotify.com/collection/albums
• open.spotify.com/browse

Nothing works and it just opens to a purely black screen.

I've tried restarting my computer and have reloaded each of these pages over a dozen times but nothing is working.

I really need some help here

How long has this been happening for? Are you on a home or office network? Do you have any trouble using the desktop app? If you don't have it, just download it here.
