Web Player not working

My Question or Issue

 for the firs time in my life i tried to use the spotify web player [https://open.spotify.com] and all it shows is this (Screenshot), i tried clearing cache, clearing cookies, restarting the PC, restarting the Router, changing browsers and disabling antiviruses... pretty much everything

I do not use VPN or Proxy, my main browser is Chrome

That doesn't look cool.

Haven you set up a Firewall or something like this that might block the connection? And be sure to check if you receive this issue on the main page and help sites.

i googled it, looked for quite some time and found a post, or rather a reply Here

I reset it with the help of Microsoft guidance and now everything is working properly
