Web Player shows Error: The playlist failed to load

Am using Google Chrome and have reset my browser and tried in Firefox and IE but still doesn't work but loads ok on the Desktop Application.

Any ideas?

In my chromium 44.0.x loads fine, so it's not a general issue with web player.

Perhaps some of your browser plugins/extensions interfere? 

Do you see any error in the web/debug console of your browser?

No plugins/extensions apart from Google Docs,

Error message I get is as follows, not sure what it means though:
