Web player can't work in Chrome..

i use windows 10 with chrome 52.0.2743.82 m (64-bit) ,installed Flash and shockwave too.

try to clear temp file and cookie, but black all the time

IE also have this problem

If you’re having trouble with the Web Player, try the following:

1. Open play.spotify.com in a different browser (if you’re on Chrome, try Internet Explorer for example).
2. Reinstall Flash once again from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. Sign in as a different Spotify user. If it works with a different one let us know!
4. Connect to the site over a different network.

If another network works okay, check the firewall settings of the first network to make sure Spotify isn’t blocked.
