Web player plays ads for 10 minutes, then stops without playing track

My Question or Issue

This issue has started happening in the last week or so. Before that, I was able to use the web player successfully. The behavior I see is:

- I click on a track to play it

- Spotify plays about 10 minutes of ads, then stops playing

- The track never plays

If I reload the page, I get the same behavior again: 10 minutes of ads, then nothing.
