Web player prompts me to install Flash, already installed

I'm using Safari OS El Capitan, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Flash countless times. As well as quit safari, restart my computer and change the settings in my preferences through Safari and Flash and so far nothing. I'm still being prompted to install Flash.

It works on Chrome but I don't want to use another browser just for Spotify. I've always had this problem in the past but eventually after clearing the cache and web data it would work by now.

Any help is appreciated!

Tente verificar, no canto direito da barra de endereços (geralmente), se a página está permitida a usar o plugin. Algumas vezes o navegador bloqueia mesmo.
