Web player won’t load due to Snapchat block

My Question or Issue

My employer allows Spotify through its proxy but blocks Snapchat. If I open the Web Player, I just get a black page. Running the Developer Tools shows that Snapchat is being blocked with a message page from the proxy server. The Web Player does not load afterwards because of the error.

We'd suggest you restart your PC and then to try again logging in to your account in the web player. You can also try with another browser. It's important that the browser is up-to-date.

It's also a good idea to get in touch with your IT to confirm there are no restrictions on the device that would block apps like Spotify.
