Why does spotify ignore its paying customers over the Sonos Radio issue?

With threads going back over a year now and hardly any reply at all from Spotify on the subject...it is no wonder I can see post after post of users saying they are leaving the service and taking their money elsewhere.

 

Mix this with the backlash from artists and the apparent reduction in the number of tracks available on spotify, you guys really need to raise your game or you will loose too many customers to be able to support the service.

 

Once Xbox music opens to other platforms, I think Spotify will have quite a problem on their hands given the lack of support they give their current paying customers.
