Will Spotify ever find a workaround for Blackberry CDMA issues?

I use spotify on my desktop and would love to be able to purchase premium for high quality streams. But I have an unsupported CDMA Blackerry and have no intent on switching, although when my Sprint contract is up I may look elsewhere. is this issue something that is being actively looked into? I get the feeling they are all but saying this problem is not worth investing developers time to solve.

BlackBerry OS 7 apps are now legacy, and with no Spotify support for BlackBerry 10 I would say any updates or fixes on the BlackBerry platform are highly unlikely.
