Window resizes even in full screen mode

When trying to use the slider on the far side of the screen, where my friends social history is displayed, the mouse cursor automatically changes to the "resize arrows" and can change the width of the window, even when maximised. It's really annoying when I accidentally do it, and shouldn't happen.

Just checked on mine, does the same. I remember getting annoyed when I did exactly what you described before.

I have it too. It is extremely annoying on a laptop with no scroll wheel.
