Windows Phone 10 - free up phone storage with offline lists doesn't work

My WP10 (Lumia 950) is showing me that Spotify uses 18GB of disc space, so I unchecked some big offline lists with about 1000 songs in highest quality to free up some space. However, even after restarting the phone it still shows the 18GB. Anything else to do here?
