Windows Phone constantly "loading"

My Windows Phone app is unusable - it seems to be perhaps a problem relating to playlists? When a playlist is on the "your music" screen, or when browsing playlists, I am constantly interrupted by the "loading" overlay. In between showing this, it shows blank playlists or a partially downloaded playlist.

 

I have re-installed the app to no avail - same issue. Using Windows Phome 10, Spotify version 5.2.4.0.

 

Premium subscriber - please help - this was working fine a few weeks back?

I am having the same problem. Any solutions to fix?

Same issue. Love paying for a service with an app that doesn't work. 

In the end I had to contact support. It appears something is causing playlists to be corrupted at their end (ie server side). Not sure if this is all WP users, but I had a large playlist cached locally that may be the culprit. They were able to fix the issue for me, but 2 weeks later the problem is now back again.

I am also having this problem. So is my wife. We both have Lumia 950s.

 

I can't even find where to contact support on Spotify's website :@
