Won't allow to make songs available offline

I have premium and I've used it quite a bit to download songs for offline listening but all of a sudden it won't let me do it. Every time I try to make something available offline it automatically switches back.

Which Spotify app are you using?

 

Desktop? iOS? Android?

 

Try reinstalling the Spotify app to see if that works.
