Wrong albums in my music collection

On both the client (Mac) and web player, my albums have been replaced with someone else's. I don't know who's collection this is, but it's not mine. When I click on artists, it's correct, but songs and albums ar someone else's. I've tried logging out and logging back in, but it's the same. My playlists are correct too, it's just the albums and songs.

I realized it's also affecting my artists list. I see all of my regular artists, but I'm also seeing a bunch of random artists I've never listened to.

Can I get some help on this soon? This is making the service and product unusable. I love Spotify, but if I can't get an answer soon, then I'm going to Apple Music.
