Xbox One troubleshooting

I'm trying to use the app on xbox one, but for the last few days it's simply stuck at the loading screen and not fully starting the app.

I've done a restart after unplugging it, which usually sorts apps problems out, but it's still not loading.  The phone, tablet, and web work fine, so I know it's not an internet or networking issue.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions?

Hey,

In that loading state, have you tried playing something on Xbox via Spotify Connect? Does it work?
