Songs will automatically skip and restart

I have Spotify set to offline mode with all the songs in the playlist downloaded and the songs keep skipping and restarting it will also skip and go back multiple times in a row I have updated to the latest version and it is worse now

Superuser Contribution Spotify keeps freezing

Start playing a song and then just stops part way through. I try skipping to the next song but it does the same thing. I does this in both my cars and on my Sony speaker. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Phone is up to date.

How do I get the Spotify app icon back on my iphone?

I got an email about logging in without a password. It didn't work. I have to log in with user name and password. The app icon disappeared. I need it back on so I can see what I want to listen to.
