Spotify web player doesn't work

When ever I log onto spotify web player it doesn't work at all but it can load the ads. I log onto different web browsers and yet the music doesn't play but the ads still pop up. So how do I get my music to play like it used to be able to do?

My PS4 Spotify is being controlled.

I always use Spotify on my PS4 but how do I prevent others from changing the track on there using their devices such as iPhones. Other people can seemingly play any track on my PS4 with no problem at all. Help!
