My Question or Issue

Hello there! Since last week I can't connect to the webplayer because of the error "Sorry, couldn't find that." when i press the button "Log in with Spotify", or when i try the acces the open.spotify.com its a blank dark page

I've tried another browser, another PC and PS4 and pointless.

Can you help me guys?

Hey @Just4Joker, help's here. 

 

We first suggest that you check out this help article to make sure you're logging in correctly. 

 

If that doesn't work, can you log in on the Spotify app on your desktop? How does that work?

 

Regarding the Web player, we suggest that you try opening it in an incognito window or another browser. Also make sure that your browser is up-to-date.
