cant play tracks on my samsung tv

cant play tracks on my samsung tv

I get this when i try to play tracks on my premium account "An error has occurred. Error ID: 2" I have a UE40ES5505 samsung smart tv..can someone help me? Thank you 🙂

Yes the tv is updated to max and have tested reinstall spotify to

ID 2 is some sort of communication error which used to come up regularly on Samsung TVs until a firmware release fixed it. It might be worth checking that your TV has a good network connection and doble-check there isn't another firmware update available from the support menu. In my experience, auto update never seems to work.

It says its 1028 and it says it cant find any new updates, but it is a 1030update right?

Depends on the TV and country. I'm no Samsung TV expert but maybe their support guys can help?

Ok Im may be needed to get update 1030 to get it work? Gonna try to get some help from samsung thank you all for trying to help ❤️
