ID 2 is some sort of communication error which used to come up regularly on Samsung TVs until a firmware release fixed it. It might be worth checking that your TV has a good network connection and doble-check there isn't another firmware update available from the support menu. In my experience, auto update never seems to work.
Depends on the TV and country. I'm no Samsung TV expert but maybe their support guys can help?
